Travel Team Spring 2011 Regsitration
Registration is closed with the exception of U10 Girls which still have a few spaces open. (Registrations were due no later than January 24.)
Fee for Spring Season is $90 payable in two installments, $50 deposit due January 24, $40 balance due April 1.

- Massacuhsetts Youth Soccer Membership Form
- Photo copy of birth certificate or other proof of date of birth
- Contact Form
- Uniform Purchase/Oder Form
- Photo (submit as email attachment or mail in) - for id passcard
- $50 deposit (payable to Lee Soccer)

We will determine which teams we are able to field for the spring 2011 season no later than January 25 based on player commitments in-hand. In the case of insufficient registrations in a division we will return the registration fee.

Note -
- U12 Season will run from April 23 - June 18, games on Saturdays
- U10 Season will run from May 1 - June 26, games on Sundays
- Training for all teams will begin in early April
- U14 and U16 are dependent on sufficient interest by our 1/24 deadline

- U10 - Born between Aug 1, 2000 and Jul 31, 2003
- U12 - Born between Aug 1, 1998 and Jul 31, 2000
- U14 - Born between Aug 1, 1996 and Jul 31, 1998
- U16 - Born between Aug 1, 1994 and Jul 31, 1996
