Stuff You Can Do By Yourself . . . (or with a friend)
Play 1v1
1v1, 2v2, 3v3 - whatever you can come up with. Make goals out of a couple of trash cans, or whatever you can find. Then challenge your brother, your mother, father or friend to a game of 1v1. First one to 10 wins!
Juggle
Juggling improves your touch, balance, agility and fitness.
Here's something you can do with a only little bit of floor space — in your basement, a garage or on your driveway.
- Drop the ball
- Let it bounce once
- Touch it once with your foot (lifting it up slightly with your toe)
- Let it bounce once
- Touch it once with your foot
- Continue
First do this with only your right foot. Try to get to ten touches without interruption.
Then try it with only your left foot until you get to ten touches.
Now try it with alternating feet.
If you are careful (gentle) and don't lift the ball too high, you can do this in a very small space.
Check out some Juggling World Records.
